The first things about a building that we notice are on the building’s exterior – around the site and on the building itself. It is the first appearance, or the “curb appeal” that determines a person’s first impression of your building.

The curb appeal has tremendous impact on the property value and therefore on the unit resale value. It is important then, that site and building features are, at a minimum, maintained to the original building aesthetic. Over time this aesthetic can change, in order to maintain a building’s standing among comparable buildings.
